1. Acceptance

By using Techs.Solar (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users: homeowners submitting quote requests and installers maintaining listings.

2. The Platform

Techs.Solar is a directory and lead-generation platform. We connect homeowners seeking solar installations with self-listed solar installation businesses. We are not a party to any contract between homeowners and installers. We do not vet, guarantee, or warrant any work performed by listed installers.

3. Installer accounts

  • You must be a legitimate solar installation business operating in the country where you list.
  • Your profile must be accurate and up to date. False certifications or misleading claims are grounds for immediate removal.
  • You are responsible for responding to leads promptly and professionally.
  • One account per business. Creating duplicate accounts is prohibited.

4. Pricing and payment

  • Free tier: Available indefinitely. Limited to 3 leads per calendar month.
  • Early Bird 2026: €149/year. Payment is deferred — your card is authorized but not charged until we trigger capture. If we do not trigger capture, the authorization expires and you owe nothing.
  • Standard (2027+): €365/year. Charged annually.
  • All prices include VAT where applicable.
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of payment capture, minus any leads received.

5. Homeowner use

  • Quote requests must be genuine. Spam submissions or testing are prohibited.
  • We forward your contact details to the installer you select. By submitting a quote request, you consent to this.
  • We are not responsible for quotes provided by installers, or for any work performed.

6. Prohibited conduct

  • Scraping, crawling, or automated access beyond normal browser use.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attack the Platform.
  • Submitting false reviews or manipulating ratings.
  • Using the Platform to distribute spam or malware.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techs.Solar is not liable for: (a) the quality of work performed by listed installers; (b) indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform use; (c) loss of data or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion with 30 days' notice for paid accounts. Installers may delete their account at any time from the portal settings.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
