v1.2 — LAU-for-life clarification (pre-launch)
23 May 2026Pre-launch clarification — no paid Founding Members exist yet, so no §4 notice period applies. §1(c) updated: after year three the subscription renews at the standard plan price with the Founding LAU included free for life (not a separately-charged Claim slot). §2 FM paragraph mirrored. §1 density formula abstracted to country-administration settings (no longer a hardcoded number). §4 Exclusive row retitled to cover Founding-tier rule changes as well.
v1.1 — Founding Member + legal sharpenings
23 May 2026Added Founding Member tier (§1, §2, §4); corrected Verified Local ranking to below paid Claim (ADR-95 §6.1); slot now held through end of billing period on cancellation; §6 pro-rata formula made explicit (day-count, Athens timezone, refund-failure fallback); §8 governing law sharpened (Hellenic Republic, competent courts, B2B carve-out Law 2251/1994, Brussels Ia / Rome I citations); added §9 General Provisions (liability cap, force majeure, entire agreement, severability, notice, non-assignment); added §10 Data Protection.
